For Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I require an initial commitment of 4 sessions because momentum and consistency are critical to the success of the offering, particularly at the beginning.

 

For Spiritual Direction, there is usually no minimum requirement. However, if we are working towards certain tangible outcomes that require more consistent coaching, we may discuss an initial program of 4-6 sessions.
